– clockwise to increase suc-
tion.
– anti-clockwise to decrease
suction.
Air by-pass vent

You can adjust the suction force
as needed by using the air by-
pass vent (30). The covering of
the air by-pass vent can be ad-
justed as desired.
Should you accidentally al-
low the vacuum cleaner to
come into contact with an
object, opening the air by-pass
vent immediately reduces the
suction force. This remedial ac-
tion will prevent such items from
being drawn into the dust bag.
Finishing vacuuming

Forcefully retracting the
mains cord can cause a “whip-
ping effect” (on account of
the mains cord swinging un-
controllably). This could result
in injury.

Grip the mains cord firmly
when winding it up.
