The dish does not 
heat up enough. 

The power or time is set too 
low.

Heat the dish for a little more time in the 
device.

The dish was very cold 
when being placed inside.
Container is unsuitable if 
it becomes hotter than the 
dish. 

Use a suitable container.

The device emits 
odours.

This happens the first time 
the grill is used.

No error. Odours will dissipate during op-
eration.

Cooking cham-
ber door and/or 
viewing window 
steams up.

The dish releases moisture. 

No error. Simply wipe away any moisture 
after operation.
