The correct storage location
The device should not be positioned direct-
ly next to a refrigerator or deep freezer. The
heat emitted from the device would cause
unnecessarily higher energy consumption by
the fridge or freezer.
There must be at least a minimum distance
of 2 m from radio devices and televisions, in
order to ensure that the reception is not dis-
torted.
The base upon which the device should be
positioned must be level, sufficiently stable
and heat resistant.
When selecting a location for the device,
please ensure to choose a place away from
heat, steam or high air humidity. The device
may not be used outdoors.
Please ensure that no highly flammable ma-
terials are located in the vicinity of the device.
The socket must be near to the device and
easily accessible, in order that the plug can
be quickly pulled out in the event of any mal-
function.
In order to ensure sufficient air circulation,
the following minimum lateral and vertical
distances must be complied with:
Upwards: 30 cm
Backwards: 0 cm
To the left: 20 cm
To the right: 20 cm
As measured from the base, the installation
height must be at least 85 cm.
Inserting the rotary plate
• Please ensure to use the rotary plate (2)
every time you use this appliance.
It rotates during cooking, in order to ensure
that the food is evenly heated.
When using one of the grill racks (5) the rota-
ry plate also acts as a dripping pan.

1. Position the rotary plate drive (4) in the
hole in the middle of the cooking chamber
floor. Turn the rotary plate drive slightly so
that it slots into place and can no longer
be turned.
2. Position the roller ring (3) centrally into
the recess in the cooking chamber floor.
3. Place the rotary plate centrally on the
roller ring. Turn the rotary plate slightly as
needed so that it slots into the rotary plate
drive.
4. Always place the cooking container on
the rotary plate. This ensures that the mi-
crowaves are distributed evenly, and that
any liquid overflow from the food into the
device is avoided.
