Convection cooking without
preheating
1. Press the “Function” button (16).
The display (10) is showing

2. In order to set the desired temperature,
press the “Function” button several times,
or turn the function dial (14) clockwise un-
til

°C is shown in the display.
You can set the temperature from 100 °C
to 190 °C.
3. Confirm the selection by pressing
the “Start / +30 Sec. / Confirm” button
(13).
4. Open the door (8) and place the dish on
the rotary plate (2).
5. Close the cooking chamber door.
6. Set the cooking time to the desired dura-
tion using the function dial.
The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.
7. Press the “Start / +30 Sec. / Confirm” but-
ton.
The cooking process will start.

Defrosting
When defrosting frozen food you have two
program options available:
Defrosting by weight (
dEf1
)
• Enter the weight of the dish you would
like to defrost, and the appliance will se-
lect the defrosting time which is ideally
suited for this weight.
Timed defrosting (
dEF2
)
• You can determine the defrosting time for
your dishes.
WARNING
Health hazard!
The defrost water can contain harmful
bacteria, especially with meat and poul-
try.
■
Avoid any physical contact.
■
Pour away the defrost water. Do not
use it for any other purpose.
■
Please ensure to thoroughly clean the
crockery you have used.
• Ideally, use food which has been frozen
at -18 °C in portions that are as thin as
possible.
