TTERY REPLACEMENT

17.  BATTERY REPLACEMENT

To replace the batteries, follow the next steps:

1.  Turn OFF the meter.
2.  Open the battery compartment by removing the four screws from the back of the meter.
3.  Remove the old batteries.
4.  Insert four new 1.5V AA batteries in the battery compartment while paying attention to the 

correct polarity.

5.  Close the battery compartment using the four screws.

If the battery capacity is less than 10% the backlight feature is not available.

Note:

 The meter is provided with the BEPS (Battery Error Prevention System) feature, which 

automatically turns the meter off when the batteries level is too low to ensure reliable readings.
