Seat base
Fitting the seat base
Items required: Tools required:
• Seat base • 10mm socket
• 10mm spanner
• Narrow nosed pliers
• 6mm Allen key
1 Remove the seat post from the pack, feed
the seat loom through and attach the post
to the seat base using the five bolts provided
(Figure 38) .

Place the seat chassis top moulding onto the
pack (Figure 39) .
3 The seat to footplate height is determined by
the holes that are selected in the seat stem.
The minimum seat height is 480mm. The hole
spacing relates to a 25mm adjustment in seat
height.
4 Feed the two seat retaining bolts through
the required holes in the seat stem; selecting
the appropriate seat height for the client by
using the corresponding holes to the height
that is required, and tighten to 25Nm. torque
(Figure 40) .
