This exceptionally compact triple power supply
HM 8040-3
is well
suited for powering experimental setups. It is very popular with
laboratories, schools and educational institutions in general. The
3 ouputs may be parallel or series connected. The maximum
combined output power is 25 W.
The voltages and currents of the 20 V outputs are continuously
variable. The 5 V output may be adjusted within ±0.5 V of 5 V, it
is short-circuit proof. Upon reaching the current limit selected the
instrument will change automatically from voltage to current
regulation which is indicated by a LED. The 3 digit dislay may be
switched either to voltage or current measurement. All outputs
can be switched on/off simultaneously by a pushbutton. The
HM 8040-3
features low ripple and good regulation and ensures
safe operation. This proven model will continue to set the stan-
dard for quality at a fair price.
