The out-
feed conveyor’s belt can be replaced as follows:
1. Loosen the belt in accordance with the instructions provided above.
2. Rotate the connection point roughly to the halfway point of the conveyor.
3. Remove the connection plate bolts and remove the old belt.
4. Install the new belt in place in the reverse order.
2.6. Turning the conveyor
XL Conveyor can be pivoted laterally by using the firewood processor’s hydraulics (e.g. Hakki Pilke 55 Pro).
The conveyor wheels and the oil flow valve must be turned to the correct position before pivoting the
conveyor!
Turn the wheels and valve to the pivot position as follows:
1. Lift the wheel locking rods (Figure 5) to the upper position, and turn the wheels to the correct
position, as shown in Figure 5.
2. Lock the rods indicated with the arrow (2 pcs) to the lower position, which locks the wheels to the
pivot position.
