Oven clean ng and ma ntenance
General notes on clean ng
The l fecycle of the appl ance can be extended through regular clean ng. Wa t for the oven to cool before
carry ng out manual clean ng operat ons. Never use abras ve detergents, steel wool or sharp objects for
clean ng, so as to not rreparably damage the enamelled parts. Use only water, soap or bleach-based
detergents (ammon a).
GLASS PARTS
It s adv sable to clean the glass w ndow w th absorbent k tchen towel after every use of the oven. To
remove more obst nate sta ns, you can use a detergent-soaked sponge, well wrung out, and then r nse
w th water.
OVEN WINDOW SEAL
If d rty, the seal can be cleaned w th a sl ghtly damp sponge.
ACCESSORIES
Clean accessor es w th a wet, soapy sponge before r ns ng and dry ng them: avo d us ng abras ve
detergents.
ROASTING DISH
After us ng the roasting dish , remove the pan from the oven. Pour the hot fat nto a conta ner and wash the
roasting dish n hot water, us ng a sponge and wash ng-up l qu d.
If greasy res dues rema n, mmerse the roasting dish n water and detergent. Alternat vely, you can wash
the roasting dish n the d shwasher or use a commerc al oven detergent. Never put a d rty roasting dish
back nto the oven.
Ma ntenance
INSTRUCTION FOR REMOVAL AND CLEANING OF THE SIDE RACKS
1. Remove the w re racks by pull ng them n the d rect on of the arrows (see below)
2. To clean the w re racks e ther put them n the d shwasher or use a wet sponge, ensur ng that they
are dr ed afterwards.
3. After the clean ng process nstall the w re racks n reverse order.
CHANGING THE BULB
1. Disconnect the oven from the mains supply.
2. Undo the glass cover, unscrew the bulb and
replace it with a new bulb of the same type.
3. Once the defective bulb is replaced, replace
the glass cover.
This product contains one or more light sources
of energy efficiency class G (Lamp) /F (10 Led).
