General Instruct ons

We thank you for choos ng one of our products. For the best results w th your oven, you should read th s 
manual  carefully  and  reta n  t  for  future  reference.  Before  nstall ng  the  oven,  take  note  of  the  ser al 
number so that you can g ve  t to customer serv ce staff  f any repa rs are requ red.  Hav ng removed the 
oven from  ts packag ng, check that  t has not been damaged dur ng transportat on. If you have doubts, do 
not use the oven and refer to a qual f ed techn c an for adv ce. Keep all of the packag ng mater al (plast c 
bags, polystyrene, na ls) out of the reach of ch ldren.   When the oven  s sw tched on for the f rst t me, 
strong smell ng smoke can develop, wh ch  s caused by the glue on the  nsulat on panels surround ng the 
oven heat ng for the f rst t me. 

This is absolutely normal and, if it occurs, you should wait for the smoke to 

dissipate before putting food in the oven. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility in cases where the 
instructions contained in this document are not observed.

model you have purchased.

Safety Ind cat ons

Only use the oven for  ts  ntended purpose, that  s only for the cook ng of foods; any other use, for example 
as a heat source,  s cons dered  mproper and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held 
respons ble for any damage result ng from  mproper,  ncorrect or unreasonable usage.
The use of any electr cal appl ance  mpl es the observance of some fundamental rules:
- do not pull on the power cable to d sconnect the 

oven

 from the socket;

- do not touch the appl ance w th wet or damp hands or feet;
-  n general the use of adaptors, mult ple sockets and extens on cables  s not recommended;
-  n case of malfunct on and/or poor operat on, sw tch off the appl ance and do not tamper w th  t.

Electr cal Safety

ENSURE  THAT  AN  ELECTRICIAN  OR  QUALIFIED  TECHNICIAN  MAKES  THE  ELECTRICAL 
CONNECTIONS. 

The power supply to wh ch the oven  s connected must conform w th the laws  n force  n 

the country of  nstallat on. The manufacturer accepts no respons b l ty for any damage caused by the 
fa lure to observe these  nstruct ons. The oven must be connected to an electr cal supply w th an earthed 
wall  outlet  or  a  d sconnector  w th  mult ple  poles,  depend ng  on  the  laws  n  force  n  the  country  of 

nstallat on. The electr cal supply should be protected w th su table fuses and the cables used must have a 

transverse sect on that can ensure correct supply to the oven.

CONNECTION

The oven  s suppl ed w th a power cable that should only be connected to an electr cal supply w th 220-
240 Vac power between the phases or between the phase and neutral. Before the oven  s connected to 
the electr cal supply,  t  s  mportant to check:
- power voltage  nd cated on the gauge;
- the sett ng of the d sconnector.
The ground ng w re connected to the oven's earth term nal must be connected to the earth term nal of 
the power supply.

WARNING

Before connect ng the oven to the power supply, ask a qual f ed electr c an to check the cont nu ty of the 
power supply's earth term nal. The manufacturer accepts no respons b l ty for any acc dents or other 
problems caused by fa lure to connect the oven to the earth term nal or by an earth connect on that has 
defect ve cont nu ty.

NOTE:

  as  the  oven  could  requ re  ma ntenance  work,  t  s  adv sable  to  keep  another  wall  socket 

ava lable so that the oven can be connected to th s  f  t  s removed from the space  n wh ch  t  s 

nstalled. The power cable must only be subst tuted by techn cal serv ce staff or by techn c ans w th 

equ valent qual f cat ons.
