Cooking with the door closed.
• Unscrew the hooks
• Insert the spit into the meat to be cooked
• Secure the meat with the hooks
• Tighten the screws
• Insert the spindle into the hole where the motor
is located.
• Remove the handle and use it at the end of
cooking to avoid burn when taking the food out of
the oven
