OPERATING INFORMATION

HYDROSTATIC DRIVE

The power for the Hagie 204 is derived from a

Cummins diesel or GM gasoline engine. The

hydrostatic power system consists of a Sauer/

Sundstrand heavy duty variable displacement

pump and fixed displacement wheel motors.

A manual control lever connected to the pump’s

swashplate controls the amount and direction of oil

flow to the motors determining the speed and

direction of the machine.
