Expired password

Upon successful sign on, the analyzer checks to see if the user’s password has expired. If it
has, you are prompted to change your password.

10.4

Backdoor password

If administrators or factory personnel forget their passwords, they may gain temporary access
by using a backdoor password provided by Hach Ultra factory service. Upon successful sign
on, the analyzer prompts the user to change the password.
