The following instructions are for off-line assembly of valves all sizes
3.16.
Bring the valve handle to the close position and insert the ball (3).
3.17.
Place the ball into the valve body (1) until the stem tongue is engaged and
turn the stem so the valve is at open position, to prevent the ball from
falling out.
3.18.
Assemble both seals (6A & 6B) and seats (5) on the valve ends (2)
and thread the assembled end
into the valve body (1).
3.19.
Tighten the ends to the valve body applying torque according to
table 2
.
3.20.
Apply some lubricant on the dowel pins (8a) and place them into the valve body, to prevent the
ends loose.
3.21.
Set the valve to open position.
