Set up FTP remote upload/download environment
Step 1: Connect the PC and the VG10-40/10-41 to the Internet
respectively, and make sure that the PC and the VG 10-40/10-41 are
accessible to each other.
Step 2: Copy the application, Boot ROM program, or
configuration file to a directory, “C:\version” for example.
II. Starting the FTP service of the VG 10-40/10-41
Step 1: Set authentication mode

Step 2: Add the user name and password
[VG] local-user h3c password simple 123 service-type ftp
“h3c” is the user name and “123” is the password.
