Checking the Straight-Through Module

5.1 Checking Port Status of Straight-Through Module Through OM
Modules
With OM, you can view the port connection status of the BT716F straight-through module. Table
5-1 Shows the query modes.

2. Prerequisites
Before viewing the port connection status of the straight-through module through the OM web UI,
complete the following operations:
•
Power on the straight-through module. For details, see 4.1 Powering On the
Straight-Through Module .
•
Log in to the web UI of the OM module. For details, see 6.2.1 Logging into the OM Web .
3. Procedures
(1) Under the ICM Management tab, select the straight-through module you want to view and
click Port Mapping to enter the page.
(2) Click a port number to view the information about the corresponding port.
Note
•
When the port status is "up", the position of the port will be shown in "green" in the Port Mapping
area.
•
In the "Port Summary" area, you can view all ports that are currently in the "up" status and relevant
information about the ports.
