Replacing pinion, bearing, and clamping set: Güdel gearbox unit

O-ring

Bearing

Clamping set

Centering flange

Spacing strip

Headless set screw

Replace the pinion, bearing, and clamping set as follows:

Switch off the system and padlock it to secure it against being switched
on again

Remove the drive if necessary

Remove the spacing strips

Remove the headless set screws

Remove the centering flange in axis direction

Loosen the clamping set screws

Replace pinion, bearing, O-ring and clamping set

Install the pinion, bearing, O-ring and clamping set in reverse order
