Maintenance tasks 100 hours after commissioning

To ensure smooth operation, certain maintenance tasks have to be per-
formed after commissioning.

NOTE

Material damage

Product damage can be reduced with the general inspection 100 hours after
commissioning of the entire system. If the general inspection is not carried
out correctly, this may result in downtimes or damage to the product.

• Perform the general inspection with care. Create a report

• It is essential to repair the product

• Ensure adequate lubrication of the product at all times. Consider the envi-

ronmental conditions

• Adjust the maintenance intervals to your operating conditions if necessary

Güdel is not liable for damage to the entire system caused by incorrect com-
missioning or incorrect integration by third parties. Güdel is also not liable
for damage to the entire system caused by improper operation, improper
care or non-periodic maintenance.

Perform the following tasks 100 hours after commissioning the product:
• General inspection

• Checking the base mounting:

• Check the tightening torques of the screws and nuts, re-tighten if neces-

sary

• Check the anchor connection, place new anchor if necessary
