Replace the motor as follows:

Switch off the system and padlock it to prevent it from being switched on
again

Remove the cables and lines

Remove motor

Remove the elastomer gear rim if necessary

Measuring the Y distance

Release the coupling screws

Remove the coupling half

Replacing the motor

Apply corrosion protection agent to the motor shaft with a brush

Push the coupling half onto the motor shaft

Set the Y distance

Tighten the coupling screws:

Tighten alternately to 50% of the tightening torque TA

12.2

Tighten alternately with 100% of the tightening torque TA

Installing the motor and coupling

Connect the cables and lines in accordance with the electrical schematics

Calibrate the reference plane of the motor (this procedure is described
in the documentation for the complete system or the motor)

The motor has been replaced.
