Downtimes

In some cases, the commissioning of the product may take a significant period
of time.

If the machine downtime is longer than two weeks, carry out the following
jobs:
• Check the lubricating film on guideways and racks

• Check hydraulic lines for air pockets and kinks

If the machine downtime is longer than four weeks, carry out the following
jobs:
• Prelubricate guideways and racks

• Perform a lubrication check as described in the separate documentation on

automatic lubrication.
