Installing Multiple Merge/Isolate Controllers (MICONs)
Up to six controllers (MICONs) can be connected to the MICABs. MICON wiring
can be in parallel, series, or a combination of both.
MICONs can be desk mounted or wall mounted
If a MICON is to be desk mounted simply set it in position.
If a MICON is to be wall mounted remove the faceplate and secure the
base to the wall in the desired location, with the deepest dimension
towards the bottom. The handset retainer clips should be installed to the
handset cradle to hold the handset properly.
Tip: There are only five
connections for MICONs
on the MICAB. The sixth
MICON can be wired in
parallel with #5.
Caution: The electronic
components are secured
to the faceplate, handle
with care.
Wire the MICONs back to the MICAB.
Ensure all connections are secure.
