7. Preventative Maintenance
Never leave any chemical remains inside the spray tank, wash your
sprayer with clean water every working day, fill the chemical tank
with approximately 25% of its volume with water and then spray
for approximately 1 minute in an appropriate container, allowing
thorough cleaning of the equipment. Then lubricate.
Lubrication of the double bushing (Figure 16):
For lubrication of the
double bushing (item 16), first remove the clamp and remove the
upper part of the activation rod (Figure 6.C), partially unscrew the
housing nut (item 14) and remove the pressure accumulator (item
22) housed in the complete cylinder set (item 12) (at this time you
should use PPE and appropriate glove to avoid contamination). Then
lubricate the bushing with grease or vaseline allowing the lubrication
of the set.
Lubrication of the Super 7 Discharge Valve (Figure 17):
With the
safety lock activated, add 3 drops of two stroke engine oil to the
valve needle, through the orifice in the trigger.

8. Corrective Maintenance
Lubrication of Super 3 discharge valve (Figure 18):
Disengage
the items D and E (Figure 7 ) and through one of the apertures
add 3 drops of engine oil at the exit of valve (Figure 18) allowing
the lubrication of the entire needle valve assembly (item 65).
