Chapter 4: Data Playback

The data displayed by the SIR 30 during collection exhibits the effect of the various filters and gain that
have been applied by the User during data collection. The User may change the vertical and horizontal
filters and gain applied to the data file during data playback if so desired. All data processing functions
applied to the file in data playback are for display purposes only and do not affect the raw data. Playback
data processing functions i.e. filters and gains are not stored, nor are a new ‘processed’ file(s) created in
SIR 30 playback data processing.

Single File Playback

Step 1: Select Data Path

Prior to selecting a file for data playback, the User must select the directory in which the data file
resides. From the OUTPUT OPTIONS section of the Main menu the User should select Manage Files.
