• Use the

to activate the line “ Channels ” and confirm
using OK .
• In the submenu which appears, use the

activate “ All ” or “ FTA ”:
“ All ”: Both encrypted and unencrypted
channels are scanned.
“ FTA ”: Only unencrypted channels
are scanned.
• Confirm the setting using OK .
8.6.2.8 Starting the search
• To start the channel search, press the (green) button.
—> By pressing the
Z
button you can pause the channel
search.
—> The channels found are displayed in a list.
• By pressing the (green) button, save channels or use
the (red) button to cancel the channel search.

8.7 Factory defaults
8.7.1 Restoring to factory defaults
This menu allows you to reset the satellite receiver, including the channels lists and user
settings, back to the factory defaults.
This setting is necessary, when …
… the satellite receiver is to be set for conditions in other countries.
… the functionality of the satellite receiver, e.g. due to
wrong settings, is
compromised.
Using this function you delete all your own settings including the lists of fa-
vourites and reset the satellite receiver to the primary factory defaults.
