LNC ARRANGEMENTS

On the following pages the LNC arrangments available are explained.
LNC arrangement 1 (one single LNC)
Connection of an LNC with a single oscillator frequency (single LNC).
Example: to receive programmes from the Astra satellite.
LNC arrangement 2 (two single LNCs or one universal LNC )
Two single LNCs
See Fig. to the left.
The 22 kHz signal can also be used to switch between two LNCs with a 22 kHz switch.
Attention!
In this case, the 22 kHz signal must not be used to switch between the "lower" and the "upper"
frequency ranges of one satellite.
One universal LNC
The 22 kHz signal switches between the "lower" and the "upper" frequency ranges.
