Troubleshooting 

 

 

WARNING:

 Danger of contaminated drinking water due to stagnation. 

 

●  Risk of infectious diseases. 

►  If malfunctions do occur, have them remedied immediately. 

 

The water softener softliQ indicates malfunctions on the display. If malfunctions do occur that 
cannot be remedied by the instructions given below, contact Grünbeck's technical 
service/authorised service company. 

►  Have your equipment data (refer to chapter 0) handy.

Acknowledge the malfunction or warning with ENTER.

Observe the display. 

3. 

Compare the display message with the following table if the malfunction reoccurs.
