SEAL POLYCARBONATE PANELS
The following steps describe one way to seal the installed
panels.
NOTE: The amount of sealant needed to complete
the following steps will vary and depends on how
thick the sealant is applied. Call Customer Service at
1.800.245.9881 to purchase additional sealant if needed.
1. Open supplied sealant and apply a thin bead to outside
of upper panel to seal panel to U-channel.
2. Seal seams between H-channel and ends of
U-channel.
5. Seal upper edge of both end walls with a bead of
sealant. See dashed line in diagram below.
Frame shown may differ from actual frame.
6. Seal joint where ridge cap and panel meet if this was
not done during assembly.
7. Cut a few pieces of foam gasket material (#104710)
and use to seal opening at peak of each end rafter.

3. Return to any holes in H-channel and repair these
using sealant.
A scrap piece of sheet metal (not included) or similar
material can be cut to shape and sealed to flashing end
using silicone sealant.
8. Read greenhouse care and maintenance information
that follows.
4. Apply a bead of sealant along top of double poly latch
u-channel to seal joint at polycarbonate panels.
