Setting the tool in this mode impairs the de‑dusting system.
It will result in increased dust emission.
It is essential not to work too long in this mode.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Unplugging the power cord from the socket or disconnecting the battery is an absolute necessity be‑
fore the maintenance work is started!
Any maintenance works or repairs requiring removal of the engine housing must be done by the main
service provider or by authorised service providers.
Keep the tool and the handles dry and clean. Keep clear of grease and oil. Ventilation slots should not
be obstructed.
Check regularly all the external parts of the tool and control the proper functioning of the switches.
Do not use the tool if any of its parts are broken or a switch does not work properly.
Apply damp cloth to the outer surfaces of the casing. Do not use running water or sprayers. Do not use
aggressive or caustic chemical agents including petrol, solvents or other petroleum‑derived agents.
No more than after 50 hours of work or more often, if the tool operates in high dust, make sure to clean
the machine with compressed air. Pay particular attention to cleaning of the blade mounting and ven‑
tilation outlets. Do not use oil nor grease for maintenance and cleaning of the blade mounting system.
Use only working tools dedicated by the tool’s manufacturer.
Make sure to clean regularly the ventilation slots of the power tool. The blower of the engine sucks
in the dust into the casing, and high dust concentration can cause electric danger.
Wear protective eye wear while cleaning the machine with compressed air!
