1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!

2. With table perpendicular to blade, wipe off

all existing grease and sawdust buildup from
rack.

3. Move table up to its maximum 45˚ angle and

wipe (see

Figure 56) off all existing grease

and sawdust buildup from rack.

5. Move table up and down several times to

distribute grease, then wipe off any excess
grease.

4. Apply a thin coat of light all-purpose grease to

rack.

1. DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!

2. Move table up until it reaches its maximum

45˚ angle and wipe off all excess grease and
sawdust from trunnions.

3. Apply a thin coat of light all-purpose grease to

trunnions (see

Figure 57).
