Test Flow Execution
After starting the test, a progress bar appears on the top of the floorplan. A pop-up
message appears when the test is completed, which shows the following message.
At this point, the user may pick up all the placed clients. Several options are available:
• Click
Continue testing for additional fidelity
to run another test by placing clients
in the same floor while leaving the master in its current location. This type of test can
improve the resolution of the heatmap if there are more areas to test that contain
additional blockages or other impairments to signal.
• Click
Continue to test additional locations
to run another test by placing the master in
a new AP location and placing the clients in new locations.
• By pressing
Accept the test result as finished
, the current results are saved and the
test is considered complete. Once saved, the application redirects to the report page to
view the results.
Moving Between Locations
During the process of testing, the use of a cart is recommended to move the clients
and/or master from one location of the building to the next if the building is larger than
5000 square feet or has multiple floors.
