1 . Remove gas valve
Ɣ /RRVHQWKHEROWV¿[LQJWKHJDVYDOYH
Ɣ Welding out the pipe connected to the
gas valve [ See Fig.12 ]
Note : When welding, the valve should be
covered by wet cloth in order to avoid the
high temp hurt.
2 . Remove liquid valve
Ɣ /RRVHQWKHEROWV¿[LQJWKHOLTXLGYDOYH
Ɣ
Welding out the pipe connected to the
liquid valve [ See Fig.12 ]
Note: When welding, the valve should be
covered by wet cloth in order to avoid the
high temp hurt.

9) Remove compressor and gas-liquid
separator

R e m o v e t h e c o n n e c t i o n w i r e o f
compressor.[ See Fig.13 ]

We l d i n g o u t t h e s u c t i o n p i p e a n d
discharge pipe.[ See Fig.14 ]
Ɣ
Loosen the bolts fixing the compressor
and Remove the compressor and gas-
liquid separator.
