Warning Lights-Diesel Models

Oil Pressure Warning Light

If this light comes on, there has been a
loss of engine oil pressure.

IMPORTANT:

When the oil pressure light comes on,

stop the unit and engine as quickly as possible. Service
or repair unit before restart.

NOTE:

The oil pressure light comes on when the key is

turned to RUN or beyond. It should go off once the
engine starts.

Temperature Warning Light

If the coolant temperature reaches or
exceeds a boiling condition the temperature
warning light comes on. If this light comes
on, take the following actions:

1. Stop the unit operation in a safe place and run the

engine at idle, without a load.

2. Do not stop the engine. Allow it to idle for 5

minutes.

3. If the engine stalls within that 5 minutes,

immediately leave and stay away from the
machine.

4. Keep away from the unit for at least 10 minutes to

allow the engine pressure to drop.

5. After engine has cooled, check coolant level and

that fan belt is intact.

Hour Meter - Diesel Models

The hour meter records engine operation time. It
operates when the ignition switch is in the RUN
position.

NOTE:

For accurate readings, be sure ignition switch is

OFF when unit is not operating.

Traction Control Levers

The traction control levers control the unit’s speed and
direction. Always move levers slowly and smoothly.
Refer to

 Driving the Unit

 for operating instructions.

Attachment Tilt  Lever

To tilt attachment forward, slowly
push the attachment tilt lever
forward.

To tilt attachment rearward, slowly
