Parameters
Descriptions
Subject
It is used to set the conference name to identify this conference.
Start Time
It is used to configure the start time of the conference.
End Time
It is used to configure the end time of the conference.
Remind Time
It is used to configure whether to remind users in advanced. A prompt dialog box will
pop up on GVC3210 screen 10 minutes before the conference starts.
Conference
preset
It is used to select a camera preset when the scheduled conference starts, the
GVC3210’s camera will be automatically placed to the preset position. Default is “Not
set”.
Repeat
Users could repeat the scheduled conference, to repeat the conference depending on
the chosen option:
One-time event
Daily
Every Weekday (Mon-Fri)
