GVC3210 Administration Guide

Allow DHCP option
43 and option 66 to
override server
It allows to obtain configuration and upgrade server’s information from DHCP server
using options 66 and 43.
Note:
If DHCP Option 66 is enabled, the GVC3210 will attempt downloading the
firmware/config file from the server URL provided by DHCP, even though Config
Server Path is left blank. Default setting is “Yes”.
3CX Auto Provision
It is used to set if the device will broadcast the SIP SUBSCRIBE message during
booting up to allow itself to be discovered and be configured by the SIP platform. The
default setting is "Yes".
Disable SIP NOTIFY
Authentication
If set to “Yes”, the device will not challenge NOTIFY with 401 authentications. The
default setting is “No”.
Factory Reset
It is used to reset the device to the default factory setting mode. If the user clicks on
Factory reset, the Micro SD card storage mounted to the device will be format as well.

Maintenance/Recording
Users could find recording files on this web page, download the file to PC to listen to or delete the files. The
recording files can be stored using internal storage or in external Micro SD card/ USB plugged into the
GVC3210. When the recording size exceeds 1.9G, the GVC3210 will create a new file automatically to
continue recording. There will be a prompt to indicate the storage space is insufficient if the disk storage is
full.
Note
: When the GVC3210 is using 4K resolution during the call, local recording is not supported.
