Account
Specify which account will be associated with the contact entry.
It is the account used when dialing this contact.
Available options are: SIP, IPVideoTalk, H.323.
Phone number
Enter the phone number of the contact.
Category
Specify the category of the email to enter.
Available options are: Home, Work, Other, Mobile.
Enter the email address of the contact entry.
Groups
Specify a group (if available) for the contact entry.
Users can press “New Group” to create a new group.
Press “More” button to “Import”, “Export” or “Download” contacts entries.

Clear the old list
If it is enabled, the previous contact records will be deleted when a new phonebook
file is loaded into the device. If it is disabled, both the old contacts and new contacts
will be kept in GVC3210.
Replace
Duplicate Entries
If it is enabled, when the phonebook file is imported to the device, the duplicated
entries will be removed. If it is disabled, both the old contacts and new contacts will
be kept in GVC3210.
File Encoding
Select the encoding format for XML contact file.
Available options: UTF-8, GBK, UTF-16, UTF-32, Big5, Big-HKSCS, Shift-JIS,
ISO8859-1, ISO8859-15, Windows-1251, EUC-KR
File Type
Select the file format for phonebook file import. The device supports xml, csv and
vcard format.
Browse
Select the file to import.
