ting Started

Step 5 - Using Manual Mode

In manual sewing mode, stitching occurs

at a speed of your choosing. Instead of

controlling stitching speed with a foot pedal,

select the speed you want to work in on the

display. For details on the screen options,

see “Manual Screen” on page 20.

Manual stitching has a smoother, less

choppy feel than regulated stitching. This is

helpful for making sweeping curves.
