Using the pasta attachments
1. Prepare the pasta dough according to your recipe.
2. Place the main unit on a stable,

at surface. Press down the suction feet on the base.
3. Place the mincer adapter and the conveyor spiral in the receptacle on the motor base
as described in the section “Using the mincer adapter”.
4. Place the desired pasta attachment in the opening of the mincer adapter.
5. Fix the insert in place with the
fi
xing nut. Do not overwind the
fi
xing nut!
6. Place the supply bowl on the
fi
ll chute.
7. Turn on the device by moving the speed selector switch to position

8. Place the prepared pasta dough in the
fi
ll chute. Use the plunger to gradually push
it through the
fi
ll chute.
ATTENTION Risk of injury!
Never use your hand or objects
other than the enclosed plunger to push foods into the
fi
ll chute!

10. After use, pull the mains plug out of the socket.
11. Divide the length of dough into pieces of equal size and let the pasta dry or add it to
boiling water and continue with the recipe.
Using the spritz biscuit attachment
1. Prepare the spritz biscuit dough according to your recipe.
2. Place the main unit on a stable,
fl
at surface. Press down the suction feet on the base.
3. Place the mincer adapter and the conveyor spiral in the receptacle on the motor base
as described in the section “Using the mincer adapter”.
4. Place the desired spritz biscuit attachment in the opening of the mincer adapter.
5. Secure the spritz biscuit attachment with the
fi
xing nut. Do not overwind the
fi
xing nut!
6. Place the supply bowl on the
fi
ll chute.
7. Slide the pastry mould rack into the spritz biscuit attachment up to the desired pastry
mould. Make sure that you use the handle to push the rack forward into the spritz
biscuit attachment.
8. Turn on the device by moving the speed selector switch to position

9. Place the prepared spritz biscuit dough in the

ll chute. Use the plunger to gradually
push the dough through the
fi
ll chute.
