Perfect cleaning and care:
1. When cleaning your cookware in the
dishwasher, use only conventional
household products in the dosage
recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use industrial dishwashing
detergents of highly concentrated
cleaners.
To wash by hand, use hot water with
a conventional dishwashing liquid
and sponge or a soft brush; never
use pointed or sharp object. For
tougher soiling, you can use the
rough side of the sponge on the
inside and on the bottom of the pot.
Do not allow food to dry on the
cookware.
2. Special tips for coated cookware: To
ensure a long product life, we
recommend hand-washing with hot
water, dishwashing liquid, and soft
sponge. Do not use any scratchy or
abrasive cleaners.
Special tips for stainless steel
cookware: Do not keep foods in the
pot for long periods, because this
can cause spots and changes in the
stainless steel surface. To preserve
the stainless steel surface, use
Gorenje stainless steel care products
regularly. They are optimally suited
for removal of white or iridescent
discolorations and films.

In case of complaint within the current
legally implied warranty period, unless
otherwise noted, please return the
complete unit together with the sales
slip to you dealer or contact the
Gorenje Customer Care Centre in
your country (you find its phone
number in the worldwide guarantee
leaflet). If there is no Customer Care
Centre in your country, go to your
local Gorenje dealer or contact the
Gorenje Service department.
Damage resulting from improver use,
e.g. overheating, discoloration,
scratches, dropping on the floor or
improper cleaning, is excluded from
this warranty. Purely visual sings of
the use are also excluded!
