3. „Service“
This function allows entering the service menu. In order to be able
to access In “Service” option a four-digit PIN code is required. For
advanced users the PIN code has been set to 1001.
Select the correct PIN code and press “OK”. The combi-steam
oven will offer:
3.1 “Parameters” option
a) Screen saver option – here you can switch on or off the
screensaver. If the screensaver is active it appears after 5 min. of
combi-steamer inactivity.
By touching the display you are back in operating mode.
b) Program menu lock – You can lock your recipes. After
locking you can see the recipes but you can not edited them.
c) Learn function – After each cooking process you will be asked
if you want to save the program.
3.2 “Language” option
You can choose language according to the area or the operation
personnel.
3.3 “Logs” option
In this option you can display:
- Errors
- Log
- Log HACCP
- SW error log
a) Errors – The list about operation errors. The list of errors and
their description is at the end of this manual.
