When the time elapses the signal sounds and relevant
rack starts to blink. Click the blinking rack to switch it off.
If you want to finish the rack before the time is elapsed
just set the time to „0:00“.
For complete end of RT click „START“ button.
3.2 Programs for RT
You can create the RT programs in „ALL PROGRAMS – Options“
menu
The RT program is saved with special icon
.
If there are more RT programs saved with the same temperature,
mode and additional functions you can see the list of them.
As an example there is a list of programs for RT - temperature
230°C, mode HOT AIR and standard fan speed:
1) Choose RT in „Extras“ menu
2) Set hot air mode

“HACCP” option
During the cooking process, when using the Manual
mode/Programs/Easy cooking, the values of time, temperature, core
temperature and further important information regarding running
events recorded continuously. The values can be seen on the combi-
steam oven display in a well-organized form.
After pressing “HACCP” you choose between individual
technological processes, sorted by date and time.
By selecting a line a detailed survey of technological process will
come up.
