“USB” option
By using this function you can save selected items to an external
USB device (Flash disc), or upload the data into the combi-steam
oven.
This function will only be active when a USB device
is connected to the USB port, e.g. a flash disc, which
contains relevant data or onto which we want to save
data.
After a USB device is connected the combi-steam oven offers the
following functions:
5.1 Recording data from the combi-steam oven onto the
USB
Using this option we can archive:
a)
“Programs”
which will be saved as “Programs.pms”

b)
“Errors”
Error messages will be copied to your flash disc.
c)
„HACCP“
Error will be copied onto your flash disc.
To view HACCP data in common Windows programs we
recommend to save the file as “haccp.txt”

5.2 Uploading data from the USB into the combi-steam
oven
Using this option you can upload from an external memory:
a)
“Programs”

“Tunes”
Using this option you can upload tunes or sounds into the combi-
steam oven. Thus uploaded sounds you can choose in the “Settings”
section and assign them to
individual events (e.g. end of
cooking
process announcement, pressing a button sound etc.)
