Another 12 speeds can also be obtained using the creeper Iever (N° 16 fig.1), as
indicated in fig.9:

4.4.3 For 16+8 and 8+8 models with Dual Power and reverse shuttle
16+8 Dual Power mode
Select the 16+8 Dual Power mode with lever (N°16 fig.1) (positions: fig.11): this
obtains a gearbox with 16 forward speeds (8 standard and 8 reduced by 20%)
and 8 reverse speeds (4 standard and 4 reduced by 20%).
The positions shown in fig.10 can be obtained with the lever (N° 28 fig. 1):
N = Neutral
L = Low
V = High
R = Reverse
The speed groups indicated in fig. 12 can be selected with the Dual Power
control lever (N° 32 fig. 1):
N = Neutral
V = High
R = Dual Power 20% reduction
Select the required speed with lever (N°17 fig.1), as shown in fig.6.
8+8 mode
Selecting the 8+8 mode with lever (N°16 fig.1) (positions fig.11): this obtains a
gearbox with 8 forward speeds and 8 reverse speeds driven through a
synchromesh reverse shuttle.
The positions shown in fig.10 can be obtained with lever (N° 28 fig. 1):
N = Neutral
L = Low
V = High
R = Blocked group: cannot be selected.
While the speeds shown in fig. 12 can be selected with lever (N° 32 fig. 1):
N = Neutral
V = Forward running
R = Reverse running
Select the required speed with lever (N° 17 fig.1), as shown in fig.6.
Selection of the reverse gear or the consequent selection of the forward
gear must always be made with the engine idling and the wheels at a
standstill.
Lever (N° 32 fig.1) can also be used after having selected the speed.
