transparent transporting early media from PSTN side. Here is the conditions for the early
media.
Send remote ring back tone:
H.323 protocol, faststart mode;
SIP protocol, send 183 SDP message to the original.
Receiving Early Media:
H.323 in faststart mode;
SIP receive 183 SDP message and process it;
Transport Early Media transparently:
In FXO port and sip protocol, it send 183 SDP message, and let pstn side ealier media
go. (Please refer to section
6.3.1.1.3
)

In many circumstances, VOIP GATEWAY32 will do port polling operation:
1) PSTN Route, poll a free FXO port and call out;
2) IP fall back to PSTN Route: poll free FXO port and call out;
3) Auto Mode call fall back to Local FXS port: poll a free FXS port to answer it;
4) Accept call from IP side: in the ports of same number, poll a free port to answer it;
Polling approaches:
Round-robin Mode: each poll starts from the port next to the port which was used
last time; and when the last port is polled, system will do it from the first one;
Increasing Mode: each poll from the first port of the product.
Default is Round-robin mode. This mode can balance the service flow among all
available ports; while increasing mode will concentrate the service in the fore ports, and will
not use the back ports unless the fore ports are fully used, so the port service rate will
decrease from the fore part to the back part.
Tips
In Dual Mode, for PSTN route and IP fall back to PSTN route, the
port will not do the poll, but use the fixed FXO port corresponding to
FXS port: 1-5
