Line - INSTALLATION MANUAL
STEAM CONNECTION (steam heated models only)
DANGER!
All operations must be carried out by fully qualified engineers.
Steam connection must be realized in conformity with national legal requirements.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible should these regulations not be observed.
RECOMMENDED STEAM CONNECTION SYSTEM
STEAM CONNECTION
A manual shut-off valve, a filter, a pressure regulator and a pressure gauge in the steam input line should be installed.
Recommended working pressure: 5 bar.
CONDENSATE CONNECTION
A filter, a safety valve, a steam trap, a non-return valve and a manual shut-off valve should be installed in the condensa-
tion exit line.
Manual shut-off valve = Valve manually isolating the system
We recommend to install an inspection window (see the red arrow) between the steam trap and the non-return valve, on
the condensation exit line. This window is useful to control the functioning of the steam trap.
A wrong functioning of the steam trap will lead to a wrong control of the cylinder temperature, affecting the ironing quali-
ty.
IMPORTANT!
To avoid condensation accumulates inside the steam input pipe, always connect to the upper part of the piping.
