ROOM CHARACTERISTICS
WARNING!
All operations must be carried out by fully qualified engineers.
The ironer must be positioned in a well illuminated room, and ideally work in a temperature included between -10°C and
+40°C.
VENTILATION
The ironer should be only installed in a well ventilated room.
Ventilation air intake must comply with the norms in force in the destination country.
Fresh air intake must be granted to compensate for air subtracted by exhaust motors.
In the case of gas heated equipment air subtracted by burner functioning should be added to the calculation of make-up air.

The ventilation air has to be taken directly from outside, in an area far from pollution sources, and the inflow has to be
granted by permanent openings made on room walls facing directly outdoors.
The calculation of the opening total free section must be done accordingly to national and local legislation.
Furthermore, the opening must be realized so that it cannot be occluded. It must also be protected by a grille or a metallic
wire net that does not reduce its useful section. The opening shall be located at a height near to the floor level in order not
to create turbulences disturbing the correct functioning of fumes exhaust motor.
DANGER!
Do not store flammable, corrosive or chemical substances in the same room where the ironer is installed.
DANGER!
To prevent risk of fire, and to avoid ironer overheating, keep the area around the machine clean from lint and dust.
