Line - INSTALLATION MANUAL
CHECKING THE GAS PRESSURE
DANGER!
All operations must be carried out by fully qualified engineers.
Gas connection must be realized in conformity with national legal requirements.
WARNING!
Make sure the supply pressure is stable and corresponds to the data indicated in the serial number dataplate before lea-
ving the site.
Always use a DIGITAL READOUT MANOMETER.
SUPPLY PRESSURE
Switch on the ironer. Set 80°C and wait for the burner to ignite.
Now measure the supply pressure on the solenoid valve: connect the manometer on the lower pressure port (5).
NOZZLE PRESSURE
Making sure the burner is still ignited, measure now the nozzle pressure.
Connect the manometer on the upper pressure port (6).
If necessary adjust the gas supply pressure to reach the value indicated in the serial number dataplate.
For increasing/decreasing gas pressure, use screw marked with number 3 in the above image.
IMPORTANT!
On models G 21.35, G 26.35 and G.50, both solenoid valves must be regulated (right and left hand side).
Seal gas valve when calibration is completed.
DANGER!
After connection check the absence of gas leaks:
Sprinkle union, connection, inlet and outlet pipes with a solution of water and soap.
Switch on the ironer and activate the heating. Soap bubbles indicate a gas leak.
Eliminate the gas leak.
Before switching off the appliance, carry out a complete work session to ensure that the burner components work pro-
perly. Switch off the ironer pressing the 0 button and let cooldown mode run till cylinder temperature drops to 90°C.
Circuit breaker shall now be turned on OFF position.
