ถัง
SolarWave™
ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้งานร่วมกับระบบ
ถ่ายเทความร้อนแบบทางอ้อม โดยท่านสามารถติดตั้งถังดังกล่าว
เข้ากับปั๊มหมุนเวียนในด้านดูด หรือในด้านแรงดันได้
หากว่ามีการใช้งานคอนเดนเซอร์เพื่อช่วยในการทำาความเย็นของเหลว
พลังแสงอาทิตย์แบบระเหย ต้องติดตั้งคอนเดนเซอร์ดังกล่าวไว้ระ
หว่างลูปของเหลวพลังแสงอาทิตย์ กับถังรองรับการขยายตัว โดย
ติดตั้งลิ้นระบายแรงดัน รวมถึงต้องตั้งค่าไว้ไม่เกินกว่าพารามิเตอร์
ทำางานสูงสุด ในกรณีที่ระดับอุณหภูมิของระบบพลังแสงอาทิตย์
มีแนวโน้มที่จะสูงขึ้นเกินกว่าจุดละเหยของของเหลวพลังแสง
อาทิตย์

หลักก�รทำ�ง�นเมื่อเกิดก�รขย�ยตัวจ�กคว�มร้อน
เมื่อน้ำาได้รับความร้อนจะเกิดการขยายตัวขึ้น ถังรองรับการขยาย
ตัวจากความร้อนถูกนำามาใช้เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวตามธรรมชาติ
ของน้ำา หากไม่มีถังรองรับการขยายตัวดังกล่าว แรงดันของระบบ
อาจเพิ่มสูงขึ้นจนส่งผลให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ระบบท่อ,

ประกอบ และชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ของระบบ ถังรองรับการขยายตัวจาก
ความร้อนนี้หุ้มด้วยไดอะแฟรมภายในเพื่อเป็นส่วนกั้นระหว่าง
ส่วนน้ำากับส่วนอากาศ
โดยส่วนอากาศมีหน้าที่เป็นเหมือนแผ่น
รองรับซึ่งจะทำาการบีบอัดในขณะที่น้ำาซึ่งได้รับความร้อนเกิดการ
ขยายตัว
ถังรองรับการขยายตัวจากความร้อนจะดูดซับปริมาณ
น้ำาที่ขยายตัว และคงระดับแรงดันของระบบไว้ การนำาถังรองรับ
การขยายตัวจากความร้อนมาใช้งานยังถือเป็นการอนุรักษ์น้ำาและ
พลังงานโดยลดความจำาเป็นในการเติมน้ำา และการทำาให้น้ำาที่สูญ
เสียไปเนื่องจากถูกระบายออกจากลิ้นระบายแรงดันในระหว่าง
วัฏจักรทำาความร้อนให้ร้อนใหม่อีกครั้ง

booster system ay pinasingaw na ang lahat ng pressure ng tubig at zero
reading ang pressure guage at gayon din ang Pre-Charge Air Pressure
ng Diaphragm/Bladder Tank bago simulaan ang mga dapat na isagawa.
BABALA:
Mahigpit itinatatagubilin na ang water booster system ay
dapat protektado ng angkop na pressure relief valve na itinakda. Ang
Pressure Relief Valve rating ay mataas ng hindi hihigit sa 20psig sa pump
cut-off setting ng pressure switch. o mababa kaysa pump shut-off head.
Ang Pressure relief valve ay proteksyon kung sakaling masira o pumalya
ang pump pressure switch na maaring magreresulta ng pagsabog ng
tangke sa oras na sumobra ang pressure, na magiging dahilan ng pagkasira
ng mga ari-arian, malubhang pinsala sa sarili o kamatayan.
Tandaan na kapag ang Water Booster System ay walang Pressure Relief
Valve, Walang bisa ang Warranty or VOIDS GWS Water Pressure Tank
WARRANTY!

Technician ng inyong suking Dealer.
Ang mga tagubiling ito ay inihanda upang sanayin kayo sa tamang paraan
ng pag-install at paggamit ng iyong GWS pressure tank. Hinihikayat namin
kayo na pag-aralang mabuti ang dokumentong ito at sundin ang lahat ng
mga rekomendasyon. Kung sakaling mahirapan sa pag-install o kailangan pa
ng karagdagang mga tulong, tawagan ang dealer kung saan ninyo binili ang
water pressure booster system o sa pinakamalapit na opisina ng GWS.
• Ang mga PressureWave™, Max™, UltraMax™, M-Inox™, E-Wave™,
Challenger™, C2Lite™, at FlowThru™ Series tank ay idinisenyo para
gamitin sa tubig galing/mula sa balon (shallow well or deepwell) or
cistern tank (tanke na pinag-lalagyan ng tubig mula sa City Water tulad
ng NAWASA or Subdivision water supply system na tinatawag na
potable water pressure booster systems. Sumangguni sa Seksyon 1Mga

• Ang mga HeatWave™ at SolarWave™ Series tank ay idinisenyo para
gamitin sa non-potable closed loop hydronic o solar water heating systems.

• Ang mga ThermoWave™ Series tank ay idinisenyo para gamitin sa
mga open loop potable water heating application. Ang PressureWave™,
E-Wave™, at Challenger™ Series ay maaari ring gamitin sa mga open loop
potable water heating application. Sumangguni sa Seksyon 2 para sa mga
detalye ng pag-install.
• Tingnan ang data label ng tangke para sa pinakamataas na working
pressure at pinakamataas na temperatura.
• Tiyakin na mapapangalagaan ang tangke, mga tubo at lahat ng bahagi ng
water system mula sa nagyeyelong temperature (temperature of liquid or
ambient, this portion may not be applicable to Philippines climate).

1. Pag-install ng Well Water at Booster Tank
1.1 Tamang Lokasyon ng Tangke ng GWS
Upang makasigurong makapagbibigay ng mahabang panahon na
serbisyo ng iyong tangke, dapat na ito ay laging i-install sa isang lugar
na hindi ma-arawan o maulanan gayon din ang water pump. May takip
na canvass o lona. Hindi ito dapat nakatabi o naka-sandal sa anumang
matitigas na bahagi ng building/gusali o tahanan tulad ng pader, at iba pa.
I-install ang tangke sa isang lugar na hindi mababasa o binabaha dahil sa
mga tagas o ulan. Ang tangke ay dapat na nasa unahan ng water pump
at sa lugar na hindi dinadaluyan ng tubig mula sa “water pump”. Ang
water pump ay dapat laging may line check valve mga isang metro mula
sa suction side nito. Kung ang tangke ay naka-install nang malayo mula
sa “water pump” o kaya nasa roof top ng gusali, dapat ang pressure
switch malapit sa tangke, upang maiwasan nito ang masamang epekto
ng karagdagang “friction head loss” (sa pagitan ng tubig at tubo) at ang
pagkakaiba sa elevation sa pagitan ng tangke at ng pinanggagalingan o
supply ng tubig sa tanke at pressure switch o transducer o sensor.
1.2 Koneksyon ng System
1. Ilagay ang GWS na tangke sa nais na lokasyon.
2. Ipantay kung kailangan. Lahat ng patayo at pahalang na modelo ng
tangke ay dapat na nakalagay sa matibay na pundasyon. Kung mayroong
pag-uga sa lugar ang tangke, ito ay dapat na nakadikit sa matibay na
mount o gumamit ng “SS flexible hose connector” sa alip na PVC O
GI pipe, upang hindi ma-apektohan ang pipe koneksyon ng tangke at
maiwasan ang pagtagas ng tubig . Ang base ng tangke ay dapat na naka
tornilyo o naka-anchor gamit ang kasamang mga “L-shape” na bracket.
Para sa mga pundasyon na walang mga butas, dapat butasan sa apat na
gilid na parehas ang layo sa isad-isa mula sa gilid. Ang “In-line” na tangke
ay dapat nakakonekta nang direkta sa “pump discharge port” na may
“Tee” koneksyon.
3.Ang “water pump”, hangga’t maari ay mailapit sa main water supply
line upang maiwasan o mabawasan ang “suction friction head loss” nito.
Siguraduhing ang lahat ng mga koneksyon ay walang tagas ang mga
magkakadugtong na tubo at fittings na katamtaman ang higpit.
4. Lahat ng mga pag-install ng mga piping system ay dapat na alinsunod
sa mga ipinatutupad na regulation o pamantayan ng plumbing code.
5. Alamin mula sa mga data label ng tangke upang makatiyak na ang
koneksyon ay BSP o NPT thread. NOTE: Ang Pilipinas ay NPT thread
ang ginagamit.
1.3 Pag-Takda ng Pre-charge na Air Pressure
Ang tamang pre-charge Air Pressure ay kailangan para sa tamang o
wastong operasyon ng tangke tulad sa mga sumusunod,
1. Para sa mga tangke na na-install na may pressure switch controlled
water pump ay may nakatakdang pressure switch setting na 20psi cut-in
at 40psi cut-off, ang pre-charge air pressure ay dapat na mababa ng 2
psi at gayon din naman sa 30/50psi at 40/60psi Pressure Switch Ratings.
2. Para sa mga water pump na may elektronikong kontrol O variable
speed control , Ang narapat pre-charge Air Pressure ay 65% ng System
Pressure.
3. Para sa mga tangke na naka-install sa HVAC (Heating Ventillating Air-
Conditiong) System or Heating or Cooling Applications ang precharge
air pressure ng tangke ay dapat na pareho sa system pressure. Para
sa primary system pressure na higit pa sa 88 psi (6 bar),tinatagubilin
na dapat ay may naka-install sa naaangkop na water pressure regulator.
