process detects input module which is not registered yet, or module which
was registered before, but was unregistered because of "not responds"
error.

Note!

Main unit stores data which input modules are connected to it. Data file with connected input modules is called
register and process of adding modules to data file is called registration.

During system boot up process main unit searches for input modules. Each input module replys and main unit
compares replys with previous register. In case of new module is detected it will be registred. In case that
module does not respond it will be unregistered. This feature makes reconfiguration very easy.
