To set the fan speed:
A. Touch the fan field;
B. Turn the navigation dial to adjust the temperature value
C. Press the navigation dial to save the set value
Note:
For best cooking results, the fans reverse the rotation direction periodically. The oven manages this phase based on the cooking time set
without the need for setting anything else.
When using convection cooking, choose for the flue to be opened or closed. When using Combi or Steam cooking methods, the humidity value
must be set.
To set humidity input/extraction:
A. Touch the humidity/extraction field
B. Turn the navigation dial to adjust the temperature value
C. Press the navigation dial to save the set value
