To replace the rubber bag in the cuff, first place the bag on top of the cuff
so that the rubber tubes line up with the large opening on the long side
of the cuff. Now roll the bag lengthwise and insert it into the opening
on the long side of the cuff. Hold the tubes and the cuff and shake
the complete cuff until the bag is in position. Thread the rubber tubes
from inside the cuff, and out through the small hole under the internal flap.
